Restructuring · Pharma · Medical
We arrive when the plan stops holding.
TB CAP works with pharmaceutical and medical companies through restructuring, repositioning and capital questions. From Berlin, since 2019.
Held in confidence. Always.
Position
Most consultancies turn up while things are going well. We turn up when payment terms slip, an authorisation is at risk or a shareholder wants out. Our advisers trained in large firms and then worked inside the pharmaceutical industry. We do not bring tools you have to licence afterwards — we bring people who know the sector.

Selected engagements
We do not name clients. We do publish figures.
Since 2019 we have advised on 35 engagements. Three of them, anonymised.
Discretion
Why nobody is pictured here.
You will find no client names on this site and no adviser portraits. There is a reason for both.
The companies that call us are usually in a position that does not survive publicity. A supplier who reads about restructuring advice shortens payment terms. A bank that finds a name on a reference list asks questions nobody wants to answer this week.
So we do not work with references. We work with figures that show what came out at the end — and with conversations in which we tell you personally where our people come from.
That restraint does not expire when the engagement does.
How it runs
Four steps, no surprises.
- 01
First conversation
Confidential, without obligation, no fee. We listen and say honestly whether we can help.
- 02
Review
We look at the figures, the structure and the market, then set out the position — including the uncomfortable parts.
- 03
Engagement
A clear brief, a clear period, a clear fee logic. No tools you have to licence afterwards.
- 04
Delivery
We stay until it holds. Not until the deck is finished.
We decline engagements when we see no route through. And we tell you why.
Let us talk before it becomes urgent.
A first conversation costs you nothing but an hour.
