Approach
A network, not an apparatus.
No pyramid of analysts, no methodology database. A small number of people who know the sector from their own work.
Founding
TB CAP was founded in Berlin in 2019 and works from there across the German-speaking market.
The firm is deliberately small. Every engagement is led by the adviser who owns it — not by a team that changes after the kick-off meeting.
The network
Our advisers learned the craft in large firms and then worked inside the pharmaceutical industry — in plant management, regulatory affairs, sales and finance. The group is completed by specialists from the medical sector who can place clinical and regulatory questions.
We describe that group as a capability profile, not by name. Who works with whom is a matter for the conversation.
Law firms
In insolvency and restructuring proceedings we work closely with law firms in Germany and Austria. Legal leadership sits with them, commercial leadership with us.
Here too we name no names. Which firm suits your position depends on the procedure, the court and the sector — we settle that case by case.
Discretion
The companies that call us are usually in a position that does not survive publicity. A supplier who reads about restructuring advice shortens payment terms. A bank that finds a name on a reference list asks questions nobody wants to answer this week.
So you will find no client names and no adviser portraits here. We work with figures that show what came out at the end — and with conversations in which we tell you personally where our people come from.
Confidentiality applies before an engagement, during it and afterwards. That restraint does not expire when the engagement does.
